“Erik’s leadership and expertise have been instrumental over the last four years as CF Industries has leveraged our existing capabilities to strengthen our position at the forefront of low-carbon ammonia and nitrogen production,” said Bohn. “We believe there are substantial opportunities for these products both in our base business and clean energy.”
Mr. Mayer has been with CF Industries for 20 years, most recently as vice president, clean ammonia growth. In addition to roles leading the company’s initial clean energy strategic focus, he previously served as vice president, product management, ammonia and held roles of increasing responsibility at CF Industries’ Donaldsonville, Louisiana, US, facility.
