The members of the Supervisory Board intend, after the 2017 Annual General Meeting, to elect Dr. Andreas Kreimeyer – since 2015 member of the Supervisory Board of K+S Aktiengesellschaft and former member of the Board of Executive Directors as well as Spokesman of Research at BASF SE – the new chairman of the Board.
The Supervisory Board members have decided to propose Mr. Thomas Kölbl, Chief Financial Officer of Südzucker AG, to the coming Annual General Meeting as a new member of the Company’s Supervisory Board.
The other seats on the Supervisory Board will remain unchanged.
