Russia’s National Chemical Group recently contracted Toyo Engineering to work on a fertilizer production complex in Nakhodka, near Vladivostok. A consortium led by Hyundai Engineering will work on the project.Five plants are expected to be built in total: two 6600 tpd ammonia production plants, two 6000 tpd urea plants and one 3000 tpd methanol plant.
